1. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues that arise under normal usage conditions.

Coverage Includes: ✔️ Manufacturing defects ✔️ Electrical or battery-related issues (if applicable) ✔️ Non-functional parts upon delivery ✔️ Major structural defects

Coverage Excludes: ❌ Physical damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling ❌ Water damage or exposure to extreme conditions ❌ Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading, etc.) ❌ Unauthorized repairs or modifications ❌ Consumable parts like batteries, tires, or remote control buttons


2. Warranty Duration

Our products come with a limited warranty from the date of delivery.

For extended protection, we offer an Extended Warranty Plan for an additional cost.


3. How to Claim a Warranty

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact Us: Email us at support@kotacart.com or WhatsApp +91-8651-144-783 with your order details. 2️⃣ Provide Proof: Share photos or videos highlighting the issue. 3️⃣ Verification: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. 4️⃣ Resolution:

  • If approved, we will arrange a free repair/replacement.
  • If the issue does not qualify under the warranty, we will provide paid repair options.

4. Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and non-transferable.
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging for a replacement request.
  • Warranty does not cover any damages due to improper assembly or external factors.
  • Any tampering with the product or unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.
  • All products come with a 7-day replacement warranty from the date of delivery.
  • All rules apply to all payment methods, including prepaid and COD orders.

5. Refunds & Returns Policy

Warranty claims do not qualify for a full refund. If your issue falls under the warranty coverage, we will repair or replace the product as per the policy.
