Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Returns for change of mind are not accepted. If you still wish to return the item, courier charges for both sides will be deducted from the refund amount.
If a damaged or incorrect module is delivered, a replacement or return will be provided at no extra charge.
How to Request a Return
Returns can be requested by email, by contacting us directly on our phone number, or through WhatsApp.
Log in to your KotaCart account and navigate to My Orders.
Provide your order’s complete details and a reason for the return and email the request.
Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
If returning due to a change of mind, courier charges for both sides will be deducted from the refund.
We use a trackable shipping service.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement.
