At KotaCart.com, we use third-party delivery companies to ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. We deliver all over India, and our delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery location.
Delivery Timeframe
- Our delivery time frame is 3-6 business days from the date of placing the order. However, delivery time may vary depending on your location.
- In case of any unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or other natural calamities, delivery time may be delayed. We will keep you informed of any such delays via email.
- Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order.

Delivery Process
- Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an email with the estimated delivery date.
- Our delivery partners will make two attempts to deliver your package. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, they will leave a delivery note with instructions on how to collect your package.
- If the delivery partner is unable to deliver the package after two attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will cancel the order and initiate a refund.
- If you have any specific delivery instructions, please mention them in the order notes during checkout.
