At KotaCart, we ensure a smooth and hassle-free refund process for eligible orders. Below is how refunds are processed based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refund Process:
Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets)
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is approved.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds for COD orders will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.
You will be required to provide your bank details for the transfer.
Wallet Payments
If you paid using a digital wallet, the refund will be credited back to the same wallet within 3-5 business days.
Important Notes:
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
If the original payment method is inactive, we may request alternative details for processing the refund.
