Refund Process:

• Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets)

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is approved.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.

  • You will be required to provide your bank details for the transfer.

• Wallet Payments

  • If you paid using a digital wallet, the refund will be credited back to the same wallet within 3-5 business days.

Important Notes:

• Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

• If the original payment method is inactive, we may request alternative details for processing the refund.

• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
