Important Notes:
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return after receiving the order.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
For COD orders, no refund is required as no payment was made at the time of purchase.
